Once the purchase is made we can't offer you any type of refunds for any reason. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

We encourage all users to take full advantage of any free tier or trial period available before upgrading to a paid plan.

Subscription Billing

Our service is subscription-based and is billed at the beginning of each billing cycle. Charges are made in advance for the upcoming period.

Billing Cycle

You will be charged at the start of each cycle. Your subscription remains active and all features accessible until the end of the current paid period.

Cancellation

You are responsible for the proper cancellation of your account. Cancellation must be completed through the account settings or management interface.

  • Once your subscription is cancelled, you will not be charged again.
  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
  • Email or phone requests to cancel your account will not be deemed a valid cancellation.
Please Note

Only cancellations made through the proper account management interface are considered valid. Requests via email or phone do not constitute cancellation.

Your Account & Data

Your account and all associated data will be deleted immediately upon your request. This action is irreversible.

  • All scheduled messages and automation settings will be permanently removed.
  • Contact lists and templates stored in your account will be deleted.
  • This deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Our Rights

SKEDit International FZ-LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate your account at any time for any reason without notice or refund.

  • We reserve the right to delete all content associated with your account.
  • We may refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
  • These rights are exercised in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.
